Monday Morning Meetings
with Whakaora and our Friends in the w/Work
with Whakaora and our Friends in the w/Work
This meeting is for Regenerative Practitioners who are 'Friends in the Work' with Whakaora. The criteria to join is that you are wanting to evolve your practice and are committed to doing so. The focus of this meeting is on development. Come to practice with what you are working on and seeking a deeper understanding around.
Aim: To begin your week on a practice footing
Premise: Setting up a ritual that has the 'right' frequency, intensity, duration, significance and mentoring is necessary for a group's culture to enable the development of its members.
Whakawhānaungatanga - we breath, sing, dance and check in to come into relationship with ourselves, each other and the higher purpose we are in service to.
After checking in, depending on how many turn up we work in groups of at least three and play one of the three developmental roles - Seeker, Resource and Witness.

If my resourcing is shit?
Well the idea that you just need to practice is helpful but it assumes you know what to practice. Here are three hints:
Be the seeker or witness to someone who is experienced at resourcing. Learn by observing and experiencing.
"Fuck the expert" - stop giving answers, lengthy explanations and asking 'clever' questions. Use the expertise embedded in the frameworks.
